Challenges with many performance review processes include preparation is time-consuming, processes can be complex, feedback can be poor quality, communication feels one way, staff become disengaged, and the review process can fail to improve employee performance.
Magnolia Learning has developed creative ways for staff to reflect and respond to the work they do, their performance and the development priorities. Building on their experiences with artists through other Magnolia Learning services and in a supported environment we coach people to prepare productively for their regular performance reviews. This will be done in a fun, creative and engaging way.
